For groundwater recharging, our innovation uses an injection well equipped with "V-Wire Screens" that enables replenishment of groundwater source. Rainwater is one of the purest source of water with less then 50mg/ litre of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). Minimalistic, easy-to-install and easy to maintain Products. Working Principle: When the rainwater along with dirt & debris flows by gravity through the downtake pipes, it enters into the filter and starts rotating in anticlockwise direction at the periphery of the upper housing, this enables it to flow into the SS-304 filter element placed in the lower housing in angular motion at specific speed & velocity, which creates cohesive force at low intensity & centrifugal force at high intensity of rainfall. In both situations, involving low & high intensity of rainfall, the working principle of the filter based on cohesive & centrifugal force respectively, aids the filter element to flush out dirt & debris automatically. The water then passes through the drain outlet and simultaneously diverts clean water into the sump/ recharging well through the clean water outlet, which can be used for reutilization or recharging of groundwater source. Digital water flow meter as per CGWA Compliance ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW METER Digital Flow Meter With Telemetry As Per CGWA Guidelines Installation of Digital Water Flow Meter on Ground water abstraction structures Whereas the Central Government constituted the Central Ground Water Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Authority) vide notification Number S.O. 38(E), dated 14th January, 1997, followed by notification number S.O. 1124(E) dated 6th November, 2000 and S.O. 1121 (E) dated 13th May, 2010 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment & Forests, for the purposes of regulation and control of ground water development and management in the whole of India and to issue necessary regulatory directions. And whereas the Authority has issued ‘Guidelines to control and regulate ground water extraction in India’ vide notification number 3289(E) dated 24th September, 2020, wherein under Section 9 (i) “Installation of digital water flow meter (conforming to BIS/ IS standards) having telemetry system in the abstraction structure(s) shall be mandatory for all users seeking No Objection Certificate and intimation regarding their installation shall be communicated to the CGWA within 30 days of grant of No Objection Certificate through the web-portal.” THIS IS TO BRING TO THE NOTICE OF ALL GROUND WATER USERS THAT: All the project proponents/users drawing ground water and seeking/having NOC shall have to mandatorily install tamper-proof digital water flow meters with telemetry on all the ground water abstraction structures within their premises. All the Micro and Small Enterprises drawing less than 10 cum/day shall also be mandatorily required to install digital water flow meters on all the ground water abstraction structures within their premises. Such enterprises shall be subjected to randomised inspections. The afore-mentioned conditions need to be strictly followed by all the users and any ground water withdrawal without the installation of tamper-proof digital water flow meters and telemetry (wherever applicable) shall be construed as illegal. Non-compliance of these conditions shall invite a Penalty provision and/or Environmental Compensation against the proponent for illegal withdrawal of ground water as per the CGWA Guidelines and may result in cancellation/rejection of NOC and sealing of ground water abstraction structures.

‘V’ Wire Injection Well Technology to Recharge Groundwater Source: • The Rain Water is lead through water channel and first reaches the silt trap, which allows for silt to accumulate in the chamber. The overflow water is lead into the injection well, passing through multilayer’s of Filtration media placed at the top of the injection well. The water is accommodated in a specially designed storage well, which creates water column, injecting large quantities of water into the deeper layers of the semi impervious earth’s strata through the Non Clogging V-Wire screens attached to the specifically designed percolator pipe, placed to a depth of 30 meters below the ground. The water column and the dual V-Wire Screen allow for the water to reach the dry joints, cracks, aquifers and recharge the ground water source. • This technology does not employ moving parts; the assured life span of the material is a minimum of twenty years. The maintenance cost involves desalting of the silt trap and replacement of filtration media once in five years. • The technology was adaptable to harvest rain water, irrespective of the presence of any bore well in place and also irrespective of terrain. The technology gave maximum flexibility to be used either in low lying areas or in upland conditions. • All materials used in this Technology are eco-friendly and recyclable. • Technology works on the Gravitational Principal Geomorphic profiling through vertical electrical Sounding of the soil strata is done to ascertain enormous quantity of water, quickly penetrating the rainwater into groundwater source. • The Provisioning of silt Trap fitted with Horizontal V wire Screen Filter eliminated the need of periodic maintenance and also facilitating significant volumes of rainwater to get into the recharging well.
